Are The Patriots Unbeatable??

The New England Patriots are a very impressive football team. After there 48-27 victory over the once undefeated Cowboys the Patriot are looking like a team that can’t be beaten. An article entitled “Patriots Easily Pass a Difficult Test,” published in the New York Times Judy Battista discusses the game in detail. She describes it as being the most difficult game for the Patriots all season. If a 48 to 27 win over the second ranked offense in the league counts for their hardest game, the Nation Football league is in for a rude awakening. Although Battista has some of her information wrong, (Randy Moss catching two touchdown passes when he only caught one) she gives good details to how the Patriots came to such am impressive victory. Tom Brady had the most impressive game of all with 5 touchdown passes and almost 400 passing yards. This being just another day on the job for the 3 time super bowl champion quarterback, as he leads the league in touchdown passes with 21, and is well in place to beat the previous record held by Peyton Manning of 49. Although Randy Moss is the best receiver on the team, Brandy was able to spread the ball around to his other receivers, Welker & Stallworth, hitting them both up for more then a 100 yards and multiple touchdowns. The versatility and lack of mistakes is what makes the Patriots such a good football team. They look almost unbeatable, the 5-0 Colts look like the only team who stands a chance in defeating the Patriots, there showdown in another two weeks is going to be one hell of a game.

Battle of the 5 and 0′s

On Sunday the 5-0 New England Patriots take on the 5-0 Dallas Cowboys. Both teams have not loss all year and have the top two offences in the league. An article in the New York Times entitled “Retooled, Revived and Running on All Cylinders” spotlights the game, and the amazing team that the Patriots have put together. The game marks the biggest game of the year so far in a battle that showcases some of the best talent in the league. Although the Patriots are favored to win I believe that Dallas will give them a run for their money. The Cowboys starting quarterback, Tony Romo, has put up the best numbers for any quarterback in the past sixteen games (dating back to last season). Although the Patriot are a very solid football team anything can happen, as we have seen in college football all season. Don’t count the Cowboys out of this one, I’m sure it will be a barn burner until the end.
